We worked with the Mystic Museum of Art to program the building controls for their new HVAC system using Niagara software. Working alongside Deslandes Construction and their contractors, we oversaw the technical side of an entire HVAC revamp, replacing all of their old equipment with a new boiler, pumps, tanks, humidifiers, AHUs, dampers, and more. As all of this new equipment was from different brands ranging from Mitsubishi to Grundfos to Young and Regulator to Vaporstream, we installed a JACE9000 and programmed the entire system to work together in Niagara, cutting the museum’s energy costs while optimizing the climate control system to maintain steady temperatures and humidity to protect their artwork. We continue to work with the museum in other areas including managed IT services and security cameras, and leverage our network to provide them with VoIP phones and other security services.
